Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Situated on a footpath and bridleway with immediate access to farmland walks, horse-riding and cycling routes, Wren is also only a short 5-15minute drive from the forest, beach walks, or exploring coastal and forest towns and villages. Wren is the ideal location to unwind for up to six guests (with a choice of double or twin beds in the main bedroom). Bring your friends, family, dogs & horses too

The perfect retreat from which to explore the harbour town of Christchurch, Milford-on-Sea with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, and the Georgian market town of Lymington.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Escape to The Cabin in the beautiful New Forest

The Cabin is a stylish and modern space situated in the village of Sway and within walking distance of the open forest. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There are two pubs within the village and plenty of forest walks. Lymington Market Town is only a short drive away, as is the beach. The Cabin is located at our riding school, Coombe Stables, there are options for treks out onto the open forest for all abilities or shorter rides in the arena.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.

New Forest Luxury Hideaway

Handcrafted from traditional materials, our luxury retreat blends industrial style with a modern twist. The Salt Hut is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, time with a close friend or a solo adventure. A five minute drive to the centre of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest, and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

Rushcroft Shepherds Hut

A cosy and tastefully equipped Shepherds Hut in a stunning south facing position with stunning outlook over our paddocks and located within the beautiful New Forest National Park. Enjoy fabulous sunsets while relaxing on your secluded deck. Tranquil and rural but having the convenience of a short walk to Sway village with 2 great pubs, cafe, local shops and the train station, providing good connections to London and local villages, all this only a few minutes walk from the hut.

The Wooden House, a quiet, rural retreat.....

Set on our family working farm in the New Forest National park, The Wooden House is the perfect place to relax and recharge, surrounded by nature. Beautiful views over fields and woodland, with an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep! On the outskirts of the village of Sway, with local shops, pubs, cafe & railway. Located behind our farmhouse, with private parking. Ideally situated close to the beautiful New Forest & coast, with the Georgian town of Lymington approx 4mls away.

The HayLoft, a charming hideaway in the New Forest

The Hayloft, as we fondly refer to it in our family, is a delightful hideaway, tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, with everything you need to escape from the stresses of every day life. Once a stable block, the Hayloft was recently converted into a charming maisonette spread across 2 floors. Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!
