The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs met. Bed linen & bathing towels are provided. Sun all day long on the decking. Dogs are allowed. Skylink Internet Park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older. As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park. Church Farm Barn South Hykeham Lincoln

A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.
