Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful rustic cabin with all the amenities of home only minutes from town. This 1200 sq/ft cabin sits on 22 private acres with a view of the Pend Oreille River and Hoo Doo Mnt. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Priest River, this cabin is also about 30 minutes away from Sandpoint or Priest Lake, and about 45 minutes from Silverwood. Enjoy the view and the wildlife, like elk and deer, toss some horseshoes, or practice your skills at the target range.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.
