This house is located just a hop skip and a jump away from all the hot spots in the city. Walk to Busch stadium, local night life, or great eats in 15 minutes or less. This 2 Bedroom 1 Bath home is centrally located in Tower Grove East, 5 minutes from St. Louis University, 8 minutes from Grand Center and just a few blocks from South Grand and Tower Grove Park. It is the entire house all to yourself however there are other houses in proximity. The block is quiet and the neighbors are friendly but please note this house is located in an urban area. While generally safe it is racially and economically mixed. Please set your expectations accordingly.

Our home boasts a gorgeous outdoor living space to relax and feel miles away from the city , yet we are perfectly situated to arrive at all of STL attractions within minutes. Location is near all major hwys. Note: we aren’t a place to entertain. Booked guests only.
