Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Walk to the harbour, beach and the Jolly Sailors a proper local pub, not a tourist trap. Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market are both an easy drive for food and exploring. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
