Located on the edge of the award winning village of Cuddington, walk to the thatched roof pub for drinks and dinner or village store for supplies and news papers. Only 10 minutes drive to the bustling market town of Thame, 35 minutes to Oxford, 40 minutes to London by train and 45 minutes to London LHR.

The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

Visitor full access to garden/outside eating spaces. Full fibre b/band. Own entrance. EV charger. Plenty of parking. Ashridge House, Chiltern Walks, Cycleways, Whipsnade Zoo, Harry Potter Studios close by.

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.
