Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Please note that there will be an additional charge of £15/night for any infant aged 2 or under. We have an infant pack available for hire, which includes a travel cot, cot bedding and highchair, and costs an additional £5/night. Payment must be direct to us, prior to arrival please. Tithe Cottage Studio is a beautifully presented, well equipped, self contained, ground floor studio apartment, with a pretty garden for guests' use, in the historic town of Bradford on Avon. An ideal base for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. There is off street parking next to the Studio and it is five minutes easy walk to the station and town centre.
