The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.
