Tastefully converted self-contained stone barn overlooking grade 2 listed farmhouse, providing comfortable, luxury accomodation for family, leisure and professional guests. Located in the centre of the small town of Burton Latimer, the barn has ample free secure parking, with local shops, takeaways, parks and many quality restaurants on the doorstep. Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.
