A la planta baixa hi ha un rebedor, una sala d'estar-menjador amb cuina oberta, un bany simple i una habitació per la rentadora. Desde planta baixa s'accedeix a un jardí privat on pendre el sol i relaxar-te i on pots disposar d'una petita barbacoa.
