Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2/3 wagens. Handdoeken aanwezig en bedden worden opgemaakt in functie van het aantal ingeschreven gasten. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.

Mooie slaapkamers bieden plaats aan 12 personen. Een professionele keuken, kraaknette badkamers, 2 grote leefzalen met biljart en een grote bar met een uitzonderlijk uitzicht! In een groene, landelijke omgeving waar u naar hartelust kunt fietsen. Een tropisch zwemparadijs en recreatiepark op 5 Km. Antwerpen en Gent zeer kortbij.
