Three Little Birds Cottage has three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful, quiet, secret garden with patio and outdoor furnishings. It sleeps 10 comfortably and is located next to the Charente River in the picturesque château village of Verteuil sur Charente. You have private secured parking, a covered entertainment space with ping-pong and games. A short walk to the village gives you access to restaurants, bars, boulangerie…It’s a fun place to stay!

Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.
