À 15 min de Condom (festival des Bandas), 30 min de Vic-Fezensac (Pentecôtavic, salsa) et de Nérac, proche du site gallo-romain de Séviac.

Families can enjoy the large swimming pool and then the games area (pétanque, basketball, ping pong, or foosball) before settling down under the Faré (traditional thatched hut) by our tranquil pool for an aperitif.

Old stone barn of 200m² from the 19th century, completely renovated, freshly decorated and backed by a beautiful chapel in a small village of 250 inhabitants, this listed cottage will offer you a quiet stay with family or friends. Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Situé à proximité de Condom avec tout ses commodités ( magasins, pharmacie, docteurs ), le gite Colombard est le lieu idéal pour découvrir la Gascogne. Ce logement de 75m² entièrement rénové, attenant à la maison des propriétaires, est équipé de tout confort (wifi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle). Sur place des jeux de sociétés, des livres et jouets pour s'amuser en famille. Vous apprécierez le jardin privatif avec terrasse, entouré de champs et de vignes. Le calme est au rendez-vous.

Notre maison en pierre et en terre est bâtie à flanc de coteau. Elle est recouverte par un toit végétalisé et son exposition au soleil est optimale. Du fait de sa conception troglodyte, la température intérieure reste agréable, été comme hiver. Si besoin, un poêle à bois vous réchauffera. Chemin faisant, vous sympathiserez avec ânes, poneys et brebis, en vous rendant au sauna/bain-froid pour vous y relaxer. Vous avez également accès à notre grande piscine naturelle du domaine.

Gîte de charme de 70 m² rénové dans un esprit champêtre, idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes. Grande hauteur sous plafond, poutres apparentes, poêle à bois, terrasse privée avec vue sur la mare et les grenouilles. Fraîche en été, chaleureuse l’hiver. Accès à la piscine, jardin et jeux partagés.
