MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. NovaVila es una casa luminosa en el pueblo costero de Cubelles, en la provincia de Barcelona. Aquí podréis relajaros, hacer barbacoa, disfrutar del jardín, hacer senderismo y incluso ir a la playa. Situada entre el mar y la sierra del Parque Natural del Garraf cuenta con un amplio jardín que recibe la luz del sol todo el día. Su ubicación permite visitar tanto en coche como en tren toda la costa catalana tanto en dirección a Barcelona como Tarragona. Se recomienda venir con coche, parking gratis

Verdadero loft vintage en el centro de la ciudad.

El loft, está exactamente en el centro de la ciudad, fue reformado siguiendo un estilo vintage industrial, en un edificio del año 1880. Tiene una zona de día donde se encuentra el salón con balcón, un comedor muy soleado y una cocina completa con una auténtica barra artesanal del año 1660. La zona de noche; con cama doble, baño, zona de trabajo y acceso a la terraza chill, un gran lugar para relajarse por la noche antes de ir a dormir después de haber disfrutado de un gran día en la playa!!

Disfruta de la comodidad de estar a pocos minutos de la playa, rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas y actividades y de la animación de la Rambla peatonal con todas sus tiendas y terrazas. A 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes que te llevará a Barcelona en 45 minutos.

Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

Luminoso apartamento en el centro de Vilanova. Casa de mediados del siglo XIX recientemente reformada con un estilo sencillo y moderno. El espacio es muy sugerente ya que hay diferentes texturas, diferentes alturas y materiales, tanto modernos como antiguos. El apartamento consta de un espacio diáfano donde encontramos una sala con cocina y sala de estar y un espacio para el dormitorio. El cuarto de baño es la única parte del apartamento que está cerrada.

En Vilanova i la Geltrú tenemos kilómetros de playas, un centro repleto de tiendas y con todos los servicios, museos, buena gastronomía nacional e internacional, y también naturaleza.
