Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Annexe is a spacious single storey one bedroom cottage, located adjacent to the owners property and accessed from the shared driveway. With an open plan kitchen/ living room with sofa bed and spacious light bedroom with king size bed and views into the garden, the cottage offers beautiful and tastefully converted accommodation, ideal for couples or a small family. The traditional style bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, with a full size bath and separate shower.

The Shere Suite

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, lies our idyllic apartment in Shere (a village made famous by Nancy Meyers film’ ‘The Holiday’). Perfectly located to explore hundreds of walks and hiking trails straight from the doorstep. As well as an abundance of countryside pubs and tearooms to while away the afternoon in. The fabulous Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place (where the TV series “Ghosts” is filmed) is a 3 minute drive away. The spectacular RHS Wisley gardens are 10 minutes away.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire.
