Coopers Cottage is a beautiful cosy seaside home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the lovely coastal blue beach award winning town of Sheringham. Only 7 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the high street and train station. It is also very close to the Poppy Line steam train station. The cottage has 1 off-street parking space and comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is also an option for 1 extra person to sleep on the day bed on the landing room. Please request when booking.

Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The Little Workshop

The Little Workshop is a self-contained holiday annexe in the village of West Runton, on the North Norfolk coast. We are situated on the coast road and 10 minutes walk from West Runton beach. It is attached to the main house, with its own entrance and parking space. Perfect accommodation for two guests and a pet ; it consists of a 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette, separate wet room and entrance lobby. There is a small patio at the rear of the annexe, that is fenced off from the main garden.

Come and unwind away from it all in our ‘Home’ away from home. This unique retreat tucked up a secluded track, is a stone’s throw from the beach. The area offers beautiful walks and with a pizza oven, fire pit and cosy wood burner you won’t need to get in your car to enjoy your break on the Norfolk coast. This is an open-plan space. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
