Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 minutes to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Welcome to this freshly painted and comfortable country cottage on our 150 acre farm only 20 minutes from Toowoomba & 10 minutes from Oakey. Main bedroom has a small deck to sit & enjoy view. The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used only 1st bag of wood free
