Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Charming Rustic Hideaway Cabin

Rather unique Cabin with a huge deck in the heart of the Preston Valley with vineyards and artisan trails on our doorstep. 1.5 acres of forest, paddock, vines and olives emersed in the Preston National Park yet only 25 minutes from Donnybrook, Ballingup and Boyup Brook. (only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. Located in a secluded forest with walking, mountain biking and the sounds of nature.

Welcome to the Blacksmith Corner, a contemporary House centrally nestled in the charming town of Nannup, built on the grounds where the Blacksmith used to forge the metals. Woodlands Retreat

Woodlands Retreat is your secret getaway nestled among the stunning Porongurup Ranges on 40 hectares of wilderness, offering jaw-dropping views that will leave you speechless. Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.
