Snipe Barn is one of eight converted barns on our family working farm. Shared facilities include Hot Tub, Fitness Barn, Soft Play Barn and Games Barn lots of fun for all the family. Snipe Barn has 3 bedrooms and a very comfortable open plan living/dining and kitchen area boasting a fully equipped kitchen with many extras. Snipe Barn is a traditional Granary which has been very sympathically converted with exposed beams and brickwork but with modern touches Snipe is flooded with natural light.

Boaters Hill House (sleeps 8) is set at the centre of a conservation farm in the Norfolk Broads National Park with fine views over the River Waveney. It has recently been renovated with new bathrooms and benefits from its own private hot tub. The bedrooms can either be configured as four doubles or four twin rooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Boaters Hill House can be booked in conjuction with our other Holiday property The Cart Lodge which can sleep 6 and is about 80 metres away.

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
