Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Angela’s Retreat: An adorable countryside property

Angela’s Retreat is located in Whitwell on the Isle of Wight, approx 5 km from Ventnor. There are a variety of old stone buildings and it is home to the Isle of Wight’s oldest pub ‘The White Horse’. It is ideally situated for walks, beach days, cycling and fishing holidays. Angela’s Retreat is a self contained residence with its own entrance, small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed if required. WiFi and SKY are also available, as well as parking for one car.

Willow Brook Lodge is a cosy woodland themed lodge set on the bank of a small Brook on the outskirts of Whitwell on the beautiful Isle of Wight.This lodge sleeps two people comfortably with the added bonus of a sofa bed in the living area should a 3rd person come. Guests will receive a welcoming selection of helpful goodies on their arrival. This lodge is ideally situated if you enjoy walking,cycling or just need a relaxing time away. New 2022 we have an outdoor bath. New 2023 we now allow pets.

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Gotten Manor Estate - The Left Cart House

A remote, 200-year-old stone barn converted into two self catering cottages, retaining the open facade of the original building, situated on the Gotten Estate . Hidden at the end of a country lane, tucked away at the foot of St. Catherine’s Down, a mile inland from the south coast of the Isle of Wight, in the middle of an AONB. Ideal for walking or cycling. The Retreat

Perfect for couples or a family three ideal holiday location for peace and tranquillity in the country ,scenic walks straight outside the door, local village shop, pubs 15 mins away 5 mins by car, beaches . The retreat is a self -contained little chalet in the Courtyard of Hillside farm. Small play area on site,salon. Complimentary essentials ,tea, coffee,sugar ,milk, eggs from our chickens when available,cleaning products. Dog Friendly maximum of two dogs charge of £ 35 each per dog.

Breakers Sound - Thatched Cottage with sea views

Breakers Sound is a detached, listed thatched cottage that sits within an acre of mature gardens with stunning sea views across the English Channel from most areas of the property. The historic village of St Lawrence sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty, with coastal and country walks on the doorstep of the cottage and easy access to many of the island's attractions. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Tucked into the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty, Fircones is a cosy, purpose built holiday cottage which looks out over beautiful farmland towards Hoy Monument.
