Heathfield is a charming Cotswold cottage located in its own grounds on the fringes of the village of Ampney Crucis Gloucestershire and approx. 3.2 miles from Cirencester ( the Roman Corinium) capital of the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished to a high standard the cottage offers on drive parking, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc/ whb, well equipped modern kitchen, pantry, south opening sitting room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 people, walk-in shower/wc/whb. Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

A 3 bedroom New England style lakeside holiday cottage on Isis lake located within the Cotswold Water Park. Isis Lake is a family friendly small holiday park that offers large green open spaces, well manicured gardens, and a wide selection of activities. The house offers open plan living, with patio doors opening out onto a private lakeside sun deck. The master bedroom boasts a double height French window with excellent views of lakes and gardens with a lovely en-suite.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
