Wool Hut, is a beautiful, traditional Shepherd's Hut, located in the middle of nowhere but close to everywhere! Situated on our working farm on the edge of the village of Thixendale, the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by stunning landscapes in a peaceful, rural setting. Visit the wonderful market town of Malton, or historic York as well as some beautiful country houses, or simply rest and relax. There is an abundance of food producers and restaurants in the locality for you to explore.

Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Holly cottage is located in the charming little village of Wold Newton, in the heart of the Yorkshire wolds, within a short drive from the east coast resorts. Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.

Located in the seaside town of Filey is this perfectly located private apartment . Ideal for a couple looking to spend some time in this gorgeous seaside town. Convenient for the shops and supermarket, plus the many cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment doesn’t have a parking space but it is very close to roads that do have free parking.
