Formerly an old carpenters workshop, the exposed timbers create a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Ideal for the Entertainment Centre or nipping into Brizzy. 1 x Queen bedroom. 1 x sofa bed in the lounge + 2 kids beds up in the star gazers loft..

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling you are autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon. You are required by QLD law, to provide unobstructed photos of your drivers licence front and rear to clearly identify your name an address.
