Very nice, comfortable house, with pool and tennis court, situated in the Perigord, a few minutes from the caves of Lascaux, Sarlat and Vezere Valley .. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with bathroom), a bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets. a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee ...), a large living room with fireplace that opens onto a terrace. The equipment is modern (TV, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher ...). The bedding is new. The pool is 12m / 5m, it is heated, tennis is good. The area is ideal for visiting castles and museums, but also for forest walks, and culinary delights ... A Drinking (2 km), there is a traditional restaurant. Thenon is the nearest town (6km). This old house, renovated with great charm, is the ideal place to relax with a magnificent view over the countryside and the calm assured.
