This apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Inside, it is light and airy with wood floors, white walls and spotlighting. The apartment has all kitchen utensils electric hub with two rings, oven, microwave and dishwashee, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, wifi, 43" TV in living room and 32" in bedroom with satellite streaming services Netflix, Hbo, Amazon Prime and washing and drying machine.

We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.
