It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Siempre que viajamos vamos con muchísimas expectativas y al regresar, los recuerdos de las cosas bonitas son los que quedan. Cala Sant Vicenç, sin ser un sitio muy conocido, es un lugar mágico. Por sus calas con las mejores aguas de Mallorca, sus excelentes restaurantes y bares. Nuestro hogar, situado en un paraje único, con la ayuda de la piscina y de los recuerdos que se hayan podido llevar de la Cala puede ser que haga que ustedes repitan, tal vez en el 2023.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
