Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 15 acres getaway. Sit back and relax on the porch as you feel a slight breeze while enjoying the peacefulness of oak tree leaves singing in the wind. Country get-away! Only 35 Minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN, yet out in the country on a 62 acre estate. Nature trails through the property allow beautiful, peaceful strolls. There is fishing(in season). A very peaceful place to unplug and take in all that Mother Nature has to offer. We do have Wi-Fi but can be a bit spotty during cloudy weather.
