The farm also has several areas where you can walk, read, paint, write - even talk to the animals. Just a short drive or a cycle ride from the gite you will find charming villages, historic landmarks, rivers, vineyards, medieval towns and a wide range of activities! Do as much or as little as you want.

Maison de village

Bienvenue dans notre petite maison pleine de charme située en plein coeur du village de Duravel. Jolies balades à pied sur des chemins de randonnées (GR), voie verte cyclable, restaurants & commerces. Duravel est un joli village animé avec des ruelles typiques du Lot. La maison est sur trois niveaux : un rez-de-chaussée avec salon, chambre, cuisine, toilette et salle de bain, un étage avec un petit salon et une chambre sous combles mansardés, et enfin une cave avec lave linge et sèche linge.

Le Grand Pigeonnier

Chateau Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the river Lot. It is set amongst vineyards and sun flower fields, with 8 hectares of land all of which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt water swimming pool . The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away. Bookings are accepted from a Saturday to a Saturday only.

Petite maison de 20 m2 , en pleine campagne. Restaurée avec soin, elle comprend un séjour équipé d'un canapé lit 2 places, d'une kitchenette et d'une salle de bain chaleureuse type chalet. Elle dispose d'un poêle à bois. Elle profite d'un espace ombragé équipé d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin et d'un espace qui s'ouvre sur un large paysage de campagne. Un ruisseau longeant la praire, des chemins de randonnées et le village médiéval à proximité invitent à la balade .

Possibilité de visite du domaine viticole et dégustation des vins.

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Gelegen aan rivier de Lot. Je verblijft in een oude watermolen op loopafstand van een pittoresk middeleeuws stadje. Heerlijk relaxen in een ligstoel op een privé strandje aan de rivier. Er ligt een 1 of 2 persoons moderne onzinkbare sit on top kayak waarmee je de prachtige rivier af kunt peddelen.

T1 bis idéalement situé sur les hauteurs du village et entièrement équipé (linge de maison fourni)pour un séjour inoubliable dans la vallée du Lot. Pour agrémenter vos vacances estivales vous pourrez profiter de notre piscine. Une table de ping-pong, une buanderie attenante est également à votre disposition où vous pourrez y stocker sans crainte vos vélos

Coté forêt et au coeur d'un ensemble de deux maisons traditionnelles périgourdines, le calme est total et l'endroit se prête a l'introspection positive, seul ou en couple. Un seul incontournable en hiver: jeter quelques buches dans le poêle, et faire tourner le ventilateur l'été si vous l'appréciez.2 chambres sont disponibles dans le logement.
