Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

My house is a refurbished 1st floor penthouse in the historic maritime neighborhood of el Cabañal, in Valencia. It has a bedroom in the attic with queen bed, terrace, wifi, air conditioning and is located 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Nominated to "2017 Building of the year awards" by Archdaily and featured in Architectural Digest (AD Magazine), this amazing space has been dressed up with selected furniture and a collection of beautiful plants for the delight of my beloved guests.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y luminoso, totalmente equipado, baño completo, con dos duchas, superficie 40 metros ,7 de altillo y un pequeño balcón. Barrio tradicional con mercado típico de alimentación . A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Supermercados, tiendas de alquiler de bicis, Restaurantes ....en sus alrededores. Muy bien comunicado con toda la ciudad con servicios públicos ,Autobus, tren, metro,tranvia Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona . Parking cercano en plaza Mercado Cabañal.

The neighborhood is quiet but all the amenities are very close by including transport, beach, restaurants and night clubs. City center is approximately 20-25 minutes, Ciudad de las Artes 15 mins by bus depending on traffic. These locations are a quick taxi ride and are very inexpensive in Valencia.

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
