Enjoy a The Sub or classic beer tap with a wide selection of brands. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.
