Cool & Unique Condo on Main Street

You'll have access to all areas in this spacious condo - 3 bedrooms & baths, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry closet, parking lot & back deck. The parking area has room for 2 vehicles & is secured by an electronic gate. We supply a gate remote to guests. The back deck is shared with the neighboring unit which is also a short-term rental. Unfortunately, we do not offer one-night rentals Thursday through Sunday with no cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.

Part of a 2 building property where owners live in the other building. Located directly on the Main St. Trolley line and within walking distance of The Civil Rights Museum, The Orpheum, Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Amtrak Train Station, all Memphis in May activities and great restaurants/shopping. This is a condo situated in the heart of downtown Memphis. It has a full bath, kitchen and washer and dryer. It has a sleeper sofa that sleeps two people. It has secured gated parking. It is well lit and very quiet. It's self check in. It’s special needs accessible. It’s a block from the trolley line which takes you all over downtown. Your blocks from all other attractions to include Beale Street, Gus’s Famous Fried Chicken, National Civil Rights Museum, Fed Ex Forum and Tom Lee Park.

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.
