The house has air conditioning, in every bedroom and in the ground floor and is equipped with the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant day in Pollença.Its central location, invites you to enjoy the Plaza Mayor and its quiet and cosmopolitan atmosphere, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes where you can taste the cuisine Mallorcan and international. A big free parking is 5 minutes walking from the property. Also main beaches of the municipality are just ten minutes away by car, the Port of Pollença, the Cala de San Vicente and the paradisiacal beach of Formentor, all of fine sand and crystal clear waters. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.
