PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Maison individuelle, située en campagne sur notre propriété aborée, prés de notre mas provençal, où vous pourrez vous ressourcer au plus proche de la nature dans un cadre de verdure . Vous pouvez séjourner en toute autonomie, mais aussi profiter de notre région riche d'histoire, de son terroir et d'activités plein air (vélo,canoë,équitation,randonnée..). La piscine vous est réservée le long de votre séjour de 9h à 20h30. Elle est traité au sel,elle n'est pas chauffée. Le village se situe à 2km.

Au RdC 1 Séjour/Salon avec 1 canapé lit de 2 places, 1 cuisine équipée, 1 Wc; A l'étage 1 chambre parentale avec lit de 160 et 1 douche à l'Italienne. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

Au 2ème étage le rare et magnifique appartement "Côté Terrasse" dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une spacieuse pièce de vie et une belle terrasse, exposée plein sud avec un bassin/piscine (4mx2mxP70cm) pour vous détendre et vous rafraichir après vos visites.

2-room apartment in a Provencal farmhouse

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

Je loue une spacieuse maison de village de 300 m² située à Gaujac dans le Gard au sein d'un domaine viticole produisant des Côtes du Rhône. Vous serez à proximité du Duché d'Uzès et du Pont du Gard (20 minutes), de la Cité des Papes d'Avignon (30 minutes) et de la ville antique de Nîmes (40 minutes). Les stations balnéaires du Grau du Roi, de la Grande Motte et Port Camargues sont à 1 heure de voiture.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )

Le Pigeonnier du Mas de La Barjolle

Dépendance d'un mas provençal du XVIIe siècle, exploitation agricole de production d'huile d'olive. Le Pigeonnier est une habitation de plain pied indépendante du mas avec une salle de bain équipée d’une douche italienne,une chambre avec un lit double, une salle à manger cuisine ,une belle salle voûtée salon ancien rendez vous de chasse et une véranda.

Mazet avec piscine Uzès à Pieds

A dix minutes à pieds du centre historique d'Uzès, mazet en pierres avec une chambre double et une mezzannine avec deux lits simples. Un troisième banquette/lit simple dans le salon. A savoir que la seule salle de bains/wc s’accède en passant par la chambre double. Lave linge et lave vaisselle, wifi et linge compris. Jardin privatif avec piscine.

Le Mazet D’Élodie (SPA & piscine chauffée privée!)

Joli Mazet independant en pierre avec SPA et piscine privative chauffée sans vis-a-vis et vue imprenable sur les vignes de la vallée de la Cèze! Petit coin de paradis pour 2 personnes. Situé proche de 4 sites classés "plus beaux villages de France". Goudargues -3 km.
