A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Son Real d'Alt. Mansión con excelentes vistas

Son Real d'Alt es una mansión "antigua possessió mallorquina" que se remonta al siglo XV dedicada a la agricultura, rehabilitada en 2015 (respetando sus raíces y vistiéndola de modernidad) para poder dedicarla al alquiler vacacional, en ella se puede disfrutar de la auténtica Mallorca rural. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
