Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !
