I’ll take you through all four of my Olympic experiences—from Athens to Beijing, London to Rio. I’ll go into detail about my victories, defeats, personal stories, medals, and memorabilia. Most importantly, I want to share how each one of the four Games played a pivotal role in shaping my life and who I am today. I’ll share the lessons I’ve learned and I’ll explain how these journeys have given me the ability to discover myself—on and off the track.
