Another great brunch/breakfast option, which is open to the public even if you aren't staying there. Lovely deck to sit out and eat.

This is a historic bed and breakfast in Waterbury. I will often go there for a delicious breakfast and enjoy the historic home atmosphere. It is really worth checking out.
