You're bound to cross this famous square at some point during your trip, so no need to make a destination out of it. There is always some sort of entertainment, day or night, but it is definetely around sunset that things become interesting. It is enjoyed by locals and tourists alike so expect a crowd if you come here in the evening time. If you want to try one of the food stalls, I would recommend number 14 (best fresh fried fish).
