20 min walk, NEW just opened. A walk to Rocky Point Park ... and Do a Brewery crawl (Yellow Dog, Moody Ales & Twin Sails). All three spots have great beer. 8.5/10 $$

I love their slamdank here! Kinda fruity tasting craft beer. Also, 3 more awesome breweries around this area
