Each day, the cafe offers specials and there are a few menu items that have become favorites. Some of my choices lunchtime features include the GRC Free Bird Sandwich, stuffed full of the most moist chicken I've ever eaten and the GRC Tuna Melt made with Skipjack Tuna; aside from a selection of freshly made breads, all sandwiches offer a gluten free bread option. Enjoy locally brewed beer and wine with your meal, too.The Mediterranean Egg Burrito is my favorite for breakfast, and if you prefer, you can have it made over a bed of fresh, organic greens My favorite smoothie is the "Chocolate Fix," made with coffee, avocado and chocolate. For dessert, GRC offers Gluten free muffins and cookies!
