Alexandria’s waterfront is a short stroll from the property -Oronoco Park is one of many parks along the waterfront connected by walking trails that feature large grassy areas, benches, beach volleyball courts, and views of the Potomac which often feature sailboats cruising by, and crew teams gliding across the river.
