Great place to visit and take a tour to learn about the "wild west" and some of the famous prisoners from the days of cattle rustling and stagecoach robberies. Gift shop. Masks required in buildings.

This place is very fun for kids! As you enter they give you a card with one of the famous, gun-slinger, inmates on it and you find out about your prisoner as you go through the museum. My child loved learning about his inmate. They also let you go into the horrible old cells and hear the stories of the most famous former inmates. Just outside of the town of Laramie- to the west of Cheyenne, past Vedauwoo and Curt Gowdy parks.
