The Japanese American Museum of San Jose is a museum in the city of San Jose. The museum remains closed from Monday to Wednesday and opens 12:00 to 4:00 pm from Thursday to Sunday. It is located at Fifth Street in the heart of Japan Town in San Jose, California. The museum was established in the year 1992 and displays the history, art and culture of Japanese Americans.
