These taco trucks are popular around town for a quick bite and for take out for larger parties. I prefer a light lunch : try shrimp tacos with a Horchata.

This is a food truck located in front of Century Link Field on Occidental Avenue. This is part of what I call Amazon row as Amazon employees come by the dozens to order their lunch here. The pork carnitas are well seasoned and juicy and well seasons. The salsas are fresh. They open around 10:30 am for breakfast burritos and are closed by 4 pm.
