Restaurant connected to the Granada Theater. Great food and cocktails. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Free live music and rooftop deck. Good brunch too!

Nextdoor to the music venue Granada sits one of my favorite spots to enjoy a patio beer with a view of all the hustle and bustle of Greenville down below.

Located next to the historic Granada Theater (one of Dallas' best small music venues), this beer garden restaurant has all the bases covered: Daily drink specials, excellent farm-to-table food, and a welcoming vibe that immediately makes you feel at home. Which is probably why Sundown is one of the most popular hang-outs along Greenville Avenue. No to mention, you can also find live music (think rock, folk, funk, R& B and hip-hop), most of which is free and on offer after 11 p.m. every night of the week. Oh, and they also host free movie nights on the rooftop patio as well.
