Want cheap eats in New York? Your options are basically pizza and the food carts that dot the city's sidewalks. To be honest, the $5 chicken over rice you get from the cart operator will probably be better than most restaurant food. Stay away from Halal Guys the chain though. They used to be good a long time ago. These days they're actually one of the worst tourist traps. Any random cart on the street will have a better combo over rice.
