For large delivery or stocking up, Tesco has so much. However do first check out the brilliant shops right in Newport before you go. The Wholefood shop is the best I have ever shopped at with a terrific range. The butcher has the the best local Welsh lamb, wide selection of game. The Monday Newport Street Market that goes all year, but has more stalls in summer, has the best organic veg and local treats, crafts and stalls that is always worth a visit.
