Directly behind my building is a community co-op grocery store featuring local and sustainable produce, specialty foods, etc. Think Whole Foods but locally owned.

A must-visit if you are cooking meals. 7:30-9p Daily. Very reasonable prices. Flint and Court Streets, stone's throw from Wingfield Park. Upstairs is a wonderful cafe. Same hours.
