If you love smoothies + smoothie bowls this is the place for you! They also have incredible iced coffee drinks. Go-to orders are: What's shakin' with house milk or the iced caramel latte with house milk - trust. :) While there, ask if they have any Morsels baked goods ( @morselnashville ) she is legendary throughout Nashville you would never know her stuff is vegan and gluten free. If you can get your hands on a cinnamon roll or donut we highly recommend it! She posts on her Insta-stories where she is dropping off at daily.

Great coffee, food options and great atmosphere for working on your computer. The grab and go is very convenient and staff is always nice! Go to place for lunch when you want to eat healthy. Staff is always meticulous about their service and execution.
