If you arrive by train and are without a car there are Santander cycles for hire on the promenade which is a 15 minute walk from the holiday home. Alternatively we recommend a local company which hires out bikes. Hire a bike, various docking stations. There is one by Gower Sea Food Hut on the promenade.
